Koulutuksen sisältö
Kurssilla käsitellään työnantajan velvollisuuksia ulkomaalaisen työntekijän työsuhteen aikana sekä sen jälkeen – miten työnteko-oikeus tarkistetaan, minkälainen on työnantajan tietojen säilyttämisvelvollisuus sekä mitä asioita tulee erityisesti ottaa huomioon työntekijää ja työolosuhteita koskevissa työehdoissa.

Joanna Ahokanto-Niemi on työmarkkina-asiantuntija ja oikeustieteen maisteri (OTM), joka toimii myös laillistettuna oikeudenkäyntiavustajana. Hän työskentelee Teknologiateollisuus ry:ssä tarjoten asiantuntevaa oikeudellista neuvontaa ja edustusta.

Course Description
The course discusses the employer’s obligations during and after the employment of a foreign employee – how to check the right to work, what the employer’s obligation to retain data is like, and what issues should be taken into account in the terms of employment concerning the employee and the working conditions.
About the instructor: Joanna Ahokanto-Niemi
Joanna Ahokanto-Niemi is a labour market expert and Master of Laws (LL.M.) who also works as a licensed legal counsel. She works at Technology Industries of Finland, providing expert legal advice and representation.
