Perhevapaauudistukseen liittyvät lakimuutokset tulivat voimaan 1.8.2022. Tällä kurssilla saat kattavan katsauksen siitä, mitä muutoksia perhevapaisiin tehtiin. Koulutuksessa käydään läpi uudet perhevapaamuodot ja miten ne vaikuttavat työntekijöihin ja työnantajiin.
Käsittelemme myös vuosilomalakiin tulleita muutoksia ja niiden käytännön vaikutuksia. Kurssi tarjoaa selkeät ja ajankohtaiset tiedot, joiden avulla voit ymmärtää perhevapaauudistuksen keskeiset muutokset ja soveltaa niitä työelämässä.

Course Description
The legislative amendments related to the family leave reform entered into force on 1 August 2022. In this course, you will get a comprehensive overview of what changes were made to family leave. The training goes through the new forms of family leave and how they affect employees and employers.
We will also discuss the amendments to the Annual Holidays Act and their practical effects. The course provides clear and up-to-date information that will enable you to understand the key changes in the family leave reform and apply them in working life.
