Sleep is the cornerstone of recovery! This tutorial focuses on improving your ability to fall asleep, as well as your sleep quality. Through coaching, you will learn to make simple but effective changes to your sleep-related routines. Pick up effective and easy methods to improve your sleep that you can implement right away. To get the best results from this coaching, make sleep your priority for the next five weeks. Coaching includes a five-week program that focuses on these five areas one week at a time: wakeup time, sleep journal, go to bed time, the quality of sleep, and thinking about sleeping.
