Koulutuksen sisältö
Kurssilla perehdytään työperusteisiin oleskelulupiin ja niiden hakuprosessiin. Osallistujat oppivat, milloin ulkomaalaisella on työnteko-oikeus Suomessa. Kurssilla käydään läpi työperusteisen oleskelulupaprosessin vaiheet sekä työntekijän ja työnantajan roolit ja velvollisuudet prosessissa. Kurssilla syvennytään erilaisiin oleskelulupatyyppeihin sekä niiden myöntämisen edellytyksiin. Lisäksi osallistujat oppivat, millä tavoin oleskelulupa- ja maahantuloprosessia pystyy nopeuttamaan. Tavoitteena on antaa osallistujille kattava ymmärrys työperusteisista oleskeluluvista ja varmistaa sujuva prosessi sekä työntekijöille että työnantajille.

Course description
The course provides an introduction to work-based residence permits and the application process. Participants will learn when a foreign national has the right to work in Finland. The course covers the stages of the work-based residence permit process and the roles and responsibilities of the employee and employer in the process. The course delves into the different types of residence permits and the conditions for granting them. In addition, participants will learn how to speed up the residence permit and entry process. The aim is to give participants a comprehensive understanding of work-based residence permits and to ensure a smooth process for both employees and employers.
