Koulutuksen sisältö
Kurssilla perehdytään ulkomaantyön eri tilanteisiin, joissa työntekijä lähtee Suomesta ulkomaille. Osallistujat oppivat, mikä on kansainvälisluonteinen työsopimus ja miten siihen sovellettava lainsäädäntö määräytyy. Kurssilla käsitellään työntekijän lähettämistä työhön toiseen EU-maahan. Osallistujat kuulevat, miten lähetetyn työntekijän työehdot ja -olot ovat turvattu lähetettynä olon aikana. Lisäksi osallistujat syventyvät ulkomaantyötä koskeviin ehtoihin, jotka työnantajan täytyy antaa työntekijälle ennen ulkomaille lähtöä. Kurssilla perehdytään kolmeen ulkomaantyön eri tyyppitilanteeseen ja käydään läpi, mitä asioita tulee huomioida ennen ulkomaankomennukselle ja ulkomaille etätyöhön lähtöä sekä paikalta palkattujen työntekijöiden osalta. Kurssin tavoitteena on antaa osallistujille kattava ymmärrys niistä seikoista, jotka tulee ottaa huomioon ulkomaantyön osalta.

Course description
The course introduces participants to various situations involving foreign employment, where an employee leaves Finland to work abroad. Participants learn what an international employment contract is and how the applicable legislation is determined. The course covers the posting of employees to another EU country. Participants will learn how the terms and conditions of employment of posted workers are safeguarded during their posting. In addition, participants will learn about the conditions for working abroad that employers must provide to employees before they leave for a foreign assignment. The course introduces three different types of foreign work situations and reviews the issues that need to be considered before going on a foreign assignment or remote work abroad, as well as for locally hired employees. The aim of the course is to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the factors that need to be taken into account when working abroad.
