Course Description
The training covers sales profitability as part of a company’s overall success. The topic is examined from the perspectives of sales work, products and services, and customer relationships. The training will give you an understanding of how the relationship between revenue and costs, as well as different areas of sales, affect profitability. In addition, you will learn about the significance of margin percentage and break-even point in profitability planning, the impact of pricing on a company’s results, and how to prepare and monitor a realistic sales budget to ensure profitable growth.
