Koulutuksen sisältö
Incoterms® 2020-toimituslausekkeet-koulutus antaa perustiedot toimituslausekkeiden roolista kauppasopimuksessa, niiden sääntelyalueista ja rajoituksista sekä toimituksen ja riskin käsitteiden selvennyksen. Koulutuksessa opit myös, miten viitataan Incoterms® 2020-lausekkeisiin. Pääpaino on kuitenkin 11 Incoterms® 2020-lausekkeen yksityiskohtaisessa esittelystä, jota tuetaan Asko Rädyn havainnollisilla piirroksilla.
Tietoja kouluttajasta: Lauri Railas
Lauri Railas on Incoterms ® 2010 Drafting Groupin jäsen, ICC Suomen osaston Incoterms-asiantuntijaryhmän puheenjohtaja, Suomen Asianajajaliiton kuljetusoikeuden asiantuntijaryhmän jäsen. Lauri Railas on aikaisemmin toiminut mm. Asianajotoimisto Krogerus Oy:n palveluksessa, Vakuutusosakeyhtiö Sammossa merivakuutusasiantuntijana ja ICC:n Suomen osaston pääsihteerinä sekä Keskuskauppakamarin välityslautakunnan sihteerinä. Hän on opiskellut meri- ja kuljetusoikeutta Suomen lisäksi myös Norjassa ja Englannissa.
Lauri Railas on järjestänyt kymmeniä koulutustilaisuuksia kansainvälisen kaupan, kuljetusten, kaupan rahoituksen sekä erimielisyyksien ratkaisun aihepiireistä.

Course description
The Incoterms® 2020 Delivery Clauses training provides a basic understanding of the role of delivery clauses in a trade agreement, their regulatory areas and limitations, and a clarification of the concepts of delivery and risk. In the training, you will also learn how to refer to Incoterms® 2020 expressions. However, the main focus is on the detailed presentation of the 11 Incoterms® 2020, which is supported by illustrative drawings by Asko Räty.
About the instructor: Lauri Railas
Lauri Railas is a member of the Incoterms ® 2010 Drafting Group, the Chair of the Incoterms Expert Group of the ICC Finland, and a member of the Transport Law Expert Group of the Finnish Bar Association. Lauri Railas has previously worked for Krogerus Attorneys Ltd, as a marine insurance expert at Sampo Insurance Company Ltd, as Secretary General of the Finnish Section of the ICC and as the Secretary of the Arbitration Board of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. In addition to Finland, he has studied maritime and transport law in Norway and England.
Lauri Railas has organised dozens of training events on the topics of international trade, transport, trade financing and dispute resolution.
