Incoterms 2020 – Online training Part II

Incoterms® 2020: the tasks, risks and costs course presents the tasks or obligations of the seller and buyer in each of the 11 Incoterms® 2020 especially in arranging transport, bearing the risks of loss of or damage to the goods and, for that matter, delays not attributable to either of the parties to the sales contract,       as well as insuring the goods. On top of delivering the goods, the tasks of the seller, sometimes the buyer, include handing over a delivery or transport document. Export, transit and import formalities are also the tasks of either the seller or buyer. Finally, the course explains the divisions of costs between the seller and buyer following the tasks of the parties and, in a less fortunate situation, unexpected costs created by mishaps not attributable to the parties themselves.
