Koulutuksen sisältö
Kurssilla käsitellään, mitä toimintakertomukseen tulee sisällyttää kirjanpitolain mukaan. Osallistujat oppivat ymmärtämään toimintakertomuksen merkityksen ja keskeiset sisällöt yrityksen vuosikertomuksessa. Kurssi tarjoaa ohjeet ja käytännön esimerkit siitä, miten toimintakertomus laaditaan oikein ja mitä lakisääteisiä vaatimuksia siinä on noudatettava.
Tavoitteena on antaa osallistujille ymmärrys toimintakertomuksen roolista ja sisällöstä kirjanpitolain näkökulmasta, jotta he voivat laatia selkeän, informatiivisen ja lainmukaisen toimintakertomuksen yrityksen vuosikertomukseen.

Teija Kerbs toimii kirjanpidon asiantuntijana Helsingin seudun kauppakamarissa. Course Description
The course discusses what must be included in the annual report according to the Accounting Act. The participants learned to understand the significance and key contents of the annual report of the company. The course provides instructions and practical examples on how to properly prepare an annual report and what legal requirements must be followed.
The aim is to provide participants with an understanding of the role and content of the annual report from the perspective of the Accounting Act, so that they can prepare a clear, informative and lawful annual report for the company’s annual report.
About the instructor: Teija Kerbs
Teija Kerbs works as an accounting expert at the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce. In addition to advising member companies, Kerbs’ tasks include training customers in various areas of financial management. Kerbs has worked for a long time in the financial management of different types of companies and has diverse experience in different areas of financial management.
